By virtue of the following cooperations we have enlarged our fields of competence. Our patent lawyer Christof Vièl is also permitted to practice before the French patent and trademark office as Conseil en propriété industrielle and has a patent law firm in France. Consequently, he is able to advise you in matters concerning the French intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, design protection, copyright), too and to represent you directly before the French patent and trademark office.
For inventions in the field of biology and biotechnology we cooperate with a patent law firm specialised in this field and situated near Heidelberg.
Furthermore, we are in cooperation with a law firm specialized in the field of industrial property with attorneys admitted to the bar in all German district courts (Landesgerichte) and courts of appeal (Oberlandesgerichte), which is necessary in order to pursue infringement of industrial property rights.
